Bond University invites you to the first Transformer Showcase featuring Alumna and [email protected] Australia 2017 Finalist Alisha Geary.
Alisha will share her story behind her start-up Faebella, a luxury active wear brand which features Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art.
Alisha was one of three national winners who was flown to London last year to represent Australia at the global final of [email protected], where she competed against some of the world's best, and most innovative start-ups. Ms Geary’s idea was originally inspired through her volunteer work as a guide for the Corrigan Walk Art Tour – Australia’s largest, private modern Indigenous art collection – which is displayed throughout the Bond University campus.
Gain valuable insight into her journey, ask questions and learn just how she transformed her business dream into a reality at such a young age.
The presentation will be followed by light refreshments. Attendance is complimentary, however registration is essential. The event is open to all interested students, staff and alumni.
