About the position
The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine (HSM) is seeking an innovative practicing psychologist to become part of the multidisciplinary team providing support to students enrolled in Faculty programs.
We are seeking a team player who has the capacity to work alongside colleagues in HSM Student Affairs and Service Quality (SASQ), the University’s Counselling Centre, and other support services. As part of this wider team, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to refer students to other team members subject to an assessment of their needs.
- About the person:
The successful applicant will be a registered psychologist in Queensland and will have experience in counselling individuals with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. They will have high order interpersonal skills, and an enthusiastic approach to working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary student support environment. This will include developing and leading health and wellbeing initiatives for students and the staff who support them.

- Salary details:

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $78,712 per annum plus 17.5% superannuation.
