Embracing stories from First Nations authors

For NAIDOC Week 2022, Bond University Library is holding a book reading event Embracing Stories from First Nations Authors.

To celebrate please join us in the Main Library to hear readings or reviews from works chosen by Bond staff and students.

Be inspired, add a First Nations author to your reading list. View the Library's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander authors collection - a browsable view of works by Indigenous Australian authors available for loan or to read online.

We are also fundraising for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation â€“ an organisation we have supported since 2014. The ILF provides books to raise literacy levels and improve the lives and opportunities of Indigenous Australians living in remote and isolated regions. During the event we will have ILF books, bags, shirts and giveaways (see image below) for those who donate to our fundraiser.

View the Bond Library's ILF Fundraiser page to donate now.
