Before commencing your studies, it is important that you organise suitable accommodation. We recommend exploring these options once you have made the decision to come to Bond, as currently, the Gold Coast accommodation market is highly competitive.

We understand that this can be very stressful when trying to secure accommodation - however, rest assured that we are here to help. Below we have provided an overview of the different kinds of accommodation available on the Gold Coast including links for short-term accommodation, and long-term accommodation providers. Off campus accommodation options

Short stay accommodation

Bunk Surfers Paradise: hostel in central Surfers Paradise with 4, 6, 8 and a Private queen & bunk room. 
Surf Inn Gold Coast: in Surfers Paradise and has great transport options to get you to and from campus.

Please keep in mind that these are shared dorm style accommodation and is designed for short term stays which is great for while you are looking for your long-term accommodation.

This is a great option if you want to live with a couple of friends and rent a private property.

Homestay

If you don’t have family or a support network on the Gold Coast, homestay accommodation is a fantastic alternative. Living with a host family can make the transition to university easier, offering support and immediate connections with locals.
