About the Position
The role's primary purpose is to lead, develop, implement, and be responsible for the University-wide future student conversion of the entire student recruitment pipeline for domestic and international students.

With strategic oversight in the nurturing and conversion pipelines for all student recruitment stages, from initial enquiry through to enrolment, to increase conversion performance through developing and leading all outbound campaign activities and project work.

About the person

You will be a strategic and results-driven professional with strong business development and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will ideally be:

  • Equipped with outstanding business and analysis skills, drive to set objectives, meet targets and outcomes and achieve them through lateral and innovative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Dynamic, outgoing, and strategic, with a consistent focus on growth, business development and sales, with a strong commitment to working collaboratively with key University staff and business areas
  • Postgraduate degree qualified in a relevant discipline or extensive relevant experience in business development, sales, call centre management, student recruitment, revenue and yield management or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, training and motivating a successful sales, operations or customer service-oriented team.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex projects and ability to implement varying levels of process across a range of functions.
  • Able to recognise the importance of the higher education sector and have a passion for working for a university focused on personalised learning and providing the best student experience.

Previous experience in the tertiary, registered training organisation or high school sector would be advantageous, as would an understanding of the admissions and recruitment ethos at Bond.

As part of the merit-based selection process, shortlisted applicants will also complete an online Sales Team Assessment from the Executive Consulting Group.

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $120,837 per annum, plus 17.5% superannuation.
