In a nail-biting 4x200 metre freestyle relay, Bond University MBA student Alexander Graham has claimed another bronze at the Tokyo Olympics.

Graham and teammates Thomas Neill, Kyle Chalmers, and Zac Incerti took third place behind Great Britain and the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC).

The Georgina Hope Reinhart Swimming Excellence Scholarship student helped Australia finish 0.03 seconds behind ROC.

“We knew it was going to be a tight race,” he said.

The Australian team fought hard to secure their place on the podium with Graham winning his second, and final medal of Tokyo.

Graham previously claimed a bronze medal on Monday, July 26, in the men’s 4x100 metre freestyle relay alongside Mat Temple, Kyle Chalmers and Zac Incerti. USA claimed gold in front of Italy and Australia.
