Shaun Hart is Player Development Manager and Specialist Coach with Bond AFL.

As a three-time AFL Premiership player with the Brisbane Lions, Shaun Hart knows a thing or two about huge sporting occasions. 

These days Hart is Player Development Manager and Specialist Coach for Bond AFL and on the eve of huge weekend of finals action for Bond Sport we couldn't think of a better person to ask about preparing for big moments.

AFL COACHES
Andy Lovell (l), Matthew Kennedy (c) and Shaun Hart (r). 

Hart, a Brisbane Hall-of-Famer, played 263 games for the club across 15 seasons. 

He forms one-third of a formidably experienced Bond AFL coaching panel - Director of AFL Andy Lovell played 164 games with Melbourne and West Coast and strength and conditioning coach Matthew Kennedy played 188 games for Brisbane.
