Ngullina (Our) Wellness Initiative
Welcome to Ngullina Wellness—a haven where students from all walks of life come together to embrace learning, unity, and the true essence of the Ngullina family.
Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Indigenous wisdom and practices, as you find solace in a welcoming environment that nurtures your growth.
Here, knowledge isn't just acquired; it's woven into the fabric of your being.
Step into a space where inclusivity thrives, and the bonds formed transcend the ordinary.
Ngullina Wellness at Bond is more than a initiative—it's an experience that enriches your mind, body, and soul.
Join us in celebrating the beauty of Indigenous traditions, as we create a shared journey towards enlightenment and togetherness.
Each program hopes to support students with strengthening their identity, connection to culture, social, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
The four programs involve:
- Cooking Classes - to encourage students to develop healthy eating
- Walking Group - to support with connection to land, healing, and building mindfulness
- Visual Arts Program - Connecting with inner creative expression
- Community Alliance - Brotherhood & Sisterhood Alliance community groups, mentoring of the students through (Aunties & Uncles- ‘wisdom holders’) (Brothers & Sisters- ‘knowledge seekers’)
The word Ngullina means ‘ours’. As a result of this, the initiative was designed to support students in building the appropriate skills to take care of their wellbeing beyond their Bond journey.
