Research interests
My research is centred on comparative human rights with a focus on discrimination and equality law. I have a particular expertise in the interpretation of statutory discrimination law in Australia, Canada and the United Kigndom. More broadly, my research investigates how different constitutional contexts influence the interpretation of statutory rights instruments.
