The Graduate Certificate in Legal Education is offered part-time online and in intensive mode which has been designed to prepare participants for success in their careers as legal education professionals.

The Graduate Certificate in Legal Education comprises of four (4) subjects (40 CP) and is completed part-time over four semesters online and in intensive mode.

Subjects include:

"Foundations of Legal Education" and "Capstone Research Project" are delivered using a combination of online modules and an intensive on-campus workshop.   "Law Curriculum Design and Pedagogy" and "Teaching for Learning Success in Law" are delivered entirely online.

The total program fees for the Graduate Certificate in Legal Education are:

Academic entry requirements

Completion of an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 Bachelor degree in a field cognate to the proposed degree.

Credit for prior study

Subject credits may be awarded for previous studies. To apply for credits, you will need to submit academic transcripts including detailed subject outlines/course descriptions for each relevant subject and/or certified copies of testamurs to the Office of Future Students. Please refer to how to apply for credit for more information
