Group exercise

Class timetable

The Sports Centre offers group exercise sessions suited to every workout style. There are weekly classes that combine an all-body workout with a friendly, supportive group environment. The group classes currently on offer include:

  • Bootcamp
  • Boxing
  • TRX
  • Yoga
  • Pilates

The following timetables are offered throughout the year:

All classes are 45 minutes.
The use of a Large towel is compulsory in Group Exercise Classes and  in the Gym.
*BYO mat for Yoga and Pilates.
#BYO boxing gloves, wraps and inner liners for Boxing Circuit.
Bookings into Classes are available 60 minutes prior to the start of the class (For Students & Staff)
