The Growth & Scale-Up program is set to empower entrepreneurs and business leaders with the essential skills, knowledge, and resources needed to accelerate the growth and expansion of their companies. Through a comprehensive curriculum, participants will gain insights into effective scaling strategies, market expansion techniques, financial management, talent acquisition, and operational efficiency.
Our goal is to equip participants with actionable tools and frameworks that can be immediately applied to their businesses, enabling them to navigate challenges associated with rapid growth and capitalise on emerging opportunities. By fostering a supportive learning environment and facilitating peer-to-peer interactions, this program aims to cultivate a network of driven entrepreneurs who are poised to scale their companies sustainably and contribute to economic growth and innovation – allowing participants the opportunity to work ON their business, not just IN their business.
The program is designed to teach actionable frameworks, which will come to life on the second day, known as "IMPLEMENTATION" day. Participants have the opportunity to invite their (2IC) to join them on this day. During the session, teams will receive support to develop their action plans, utilising the frameworks taught throughout the program. These plans will then be executed once they return to the workplace.

Baden U'Ren
Baden is an entrepreneurship educator and innovation professional, a multiple company founder, and has a investment banking and private equity background. He works with organisations to develop and deliver on an innovation-based strategy, and with educational institutions to design entrepreneurship education programs and develop internal capability.
Justin Craig
Dr. Justin Craig, a Full Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at Bond University, has dedicated his career to family enterprises. Dr. Craig has authored 51 peer-reviewed academic publications, numerous book chapters and teaching cases, and has co-edited several books, all aimed at better understanding the challenges of entrepreneurial business-owning families across the globe
