ARCH70-138: Digital Design and Prototyping

Description

This subject introduces you to digital design and prototyping in architecture and design. The subject focus on the contemporary context of digital technology and its implication to design. You will be introduced to digital design thinking and fabrication techniques through case studies. You will learn to model a precedent study and develop diagramming technique. Using industry-relevant rendering software, students will explore basic texture mapping and rendering techniques with an introduction to Virtual Reality.
