Description
Diplomacy: Theory and Practice provides you with a rigorous understanding of conceptual and practical issues relating to modern diplomacy. You will learn about diplomacy and get to practice diplomacy, via a range of innovative, authentic and diverse negotiation exercises. The aims of this subject are twofold and unique: to allow you to put theory into practice and to encourage you to think and act like diplomats.

Learning outcomes
- Identify, analyse, evaluate and communicate broad and coherent theoretical and technical knowledge in the study of Diplomacy.
- Independently and in teams, generate and transmit solutions to unpredictable and sometimes complex problems related to Diplomacy.
- Apply diplomatic knowledge and skills to professional work and/or further learning, demonstrating well-developed judgement and responsibility.
