Description
Digital project management is a hands-on course designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to manage today’s and tomorrow’s digital project. Students learn about digital project management, focusing on using digital tools such as artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance project efficiency and outcomes. Students will learn how to lead and collaborate with diverse teams and apply methods like Lean and Agile to successfully manage projects. Students develop practical skills and knowledge to align digital projects with global standards such as the PMBOK® Guide and ITIL Service Management. Students will be prepared to lead digital transformation projects, leveraging AI and other technologies to drive success in a rapidly evolving environment.
