Bond University is committed to providing programs, services and a supportive environment to ensure the wellbeing of all students both on campus and off-shore.  

Our team is prepared with an all-encompassing service that considers every aspect of student wellbeing.

How we make it work for our students:

  • Provide confidential, non-judgmental and inclusive support.
  • Connect students to appropriate support services such as counselling, accessibility, mentoring, academic support, medical and career pathways.​

Medical and Health Service

In need of immediate support?

You can access mental health support after hours from the Bond University Crisis Line. The Crisis Support Team can help relieve emotional distress and provide coping mechanisms outside of the operational hours of Bond's onsite counselling and wellbeing services, including at night and on weekends. Students, or staff supporting students, can call or text the Crisis Line 24/7 for any urgent crisis support.

Faculty support / SASQ

The Student Affairs and Service Quality (SASQ) Office is responsible for providing student support services within each Faculty. Support includes:

  • Coordinating student representation
  • Negotiating resolution of student issues
  • Managing disability service plans
  • Facilitating student academic appeals processes
  • Managing academic integrity and student misconduct issues
