To support your application to study at Bond, you’ll need to provide electronic copies of your qualifying documents, such as transcripts or identification. If you are not able to provide electronic copies, you can either provide original documents in person to our Admissions Office, or mail us copies that have been certified by an authorised person.
There are a number of ways you can provide documents when applying to study at Bond University. These will depend on your previous qualifications or current circumstances.
Once you have your results, just snap a pic of those long-awaited grades and send it to your Bond Regional Manager.
Using your phone or computer, take a screenshot or photo of your ATAR results. You must include your personal details including full name, your ATAR score, and the issuing authority (e.g., QTAC, QCAA) or website URL where relevant. Please ensure there are no obstacles or reflections distorting or obscuring any information.
If you have applied for a program with prerequisite subjects, such as the Bachelor of Biomedical Science or Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, you will also need to send evidence of satisfactory completion of the relevant subjects.
If you are studying the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma, the same process applies to you – be sure to send us all the relevant information listed above, including your IB score, once received.
Send your results directly to your Regional Manager via email or text. Once received, we'll process them as quickly as we can and upload them to our system. When we have received and processed your results, you will receive an email with some handy hints and tips to assist you with the next step in your Bond journey – enrolling in your subjects.
When submitting electronic documents, you may enclose academic transcripts and documents from verified digital sources.
Current or former students of Bond University do not need to provide evidence of prior study undertaken at the University.
MyeQuals allows Australian and New Zealand university students to access and share electronic transcripts and graduation documents.
My eQuals is a digital, internationally recognised source of truth for your credentials. To submit documents from My eQuals, complete the following steps:

Step 2: Upload the document or My eQuals link to your Bond University application.
If you have an international qualification, you can use Digitary VIA during your online application submission. This allows you to provide the University with an independently verified, translated, and evaluated academic record online.
Digitary VIA is designed to assist international applicants with obtaining an independently verified digital record of their academic history. The Digitary VIA option incurs a one-off charge for the applicant.
Academic records are verified and evaluated by an internationally trusted, expert credential evaluation team. Verified records are stored in an applicant’s Digitary wallet, where they control the sharing of their records and can reuse them when applying for further study and/or employment.
DigiLocker is a cloud-based document storage and issuance system initiated by the Government of India under Digital India. DigiLocker can carry all an applicant's important documents on the DigiLocker mobile app. The e-copies of these documents will be considered valid on par with the original documents.
MyCreds Canada provides fast and easy access to request and send your transcripts, graduation awards, credentials, badges, and other academic documents to universities. With MyCreds, you get access to a secure, password-protected learner credential wallet that allows you to share your qualifications with Bond during the application process.
If you have studied in China, you can share your academic transcript through the Centre for Student Services and Development (CSSD), formerly known as the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHESICC). This is an authoritative institution under the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE).
Applicants and students can contact their previous institution/s to ask about the provision of electronically secure transcripts and documents. The institution can then email the secure document to us here at Bond, or the document link can be provided by the applicant in their Studylink application.
If you have studied in West Africa, the West Africa Examinations Council (WAEC) Digital Certificate is a smart and secure way for you to share your academic documents with Bond and confirm your certificates.
A simple way to provide us with your documents is by submitting an electronic copy or digital photo of your qualifications. The guidelines for providing electronic documents are as follows:
Internal academic records or unofficial transcripts will not be accepted. Unreadable documents will need to be resubmitted, which may result in a delay in processing your application, so be sure that you have captured your documents clearly. 
A certified copy of a document is one that has been verified as true by an appropriately authorised person, such as a Justice of the Peace or a legal professional. To get a document certified, you will need to take your original documents and/or photocopies to this person, who will:
Compare the original documents and photocopies to ensure they are identical. Endorse each page of the copy, either in writing or by using a copy certification stamp. Include their name, qualification, position number (if relevant), contact phone number, date of signing and business stamp.

Here are a few things to keep in mind throughout the document submission and certification processes.
If your document is multiple pages, you must get each page certified. This applies to double-sided documents. If you are sending your documents electronically, be sure to include a capture of each page.
No – the certification must be written and signed on the actual photocopy of the document.
If you are submitting documents in support of your application that are written in a language other than English, they must be accompanied by an authorised translation. The following are accepted as authorised translations for a Bond University application:
