Featuring a dedicated team of career experts, the goal of the Career Development Centre is simple: ensure that Bond students enter the workforce with the skills, experience, and employability to stand out and get started in their careers.

1. Career guidance
Your time at university goes beyond the classroom. The Career Development Centre’s team of qualified experts provide a full suite of personalised guidance services. We can help you explore and define your career path, develop applications and resumes, prepare for interviews and make connections with key employers.
We hold employer events on campus regularly, including workshops, seminars, networking events and an annual Job and Internship Fair to provide further opportunities to grow your network and improve your skills, ensuring you stand out now, and after you graduate.

2. Industry placements
Our career counselling and industry placement teams are your career champions. We’re here to help you secure internships and placements with Bond’s industry partners. We broker these placements to support your career goals and ensure that they are high-quality experiences with the right supervision and support to make the most of an industry experience.
Through placements, you can gain valuable experience and career contacts with leading Australian and international employers. We will help you source placement opportunities, guiding you through the application process and supporting you throughout your placement and beyond.

3. Beyond Bond
Beyond Bond is a practical program housed within the Transformation CoLab. It is designed to ensure you are well placed to achieve your career goals beyond graduation
You will have the freedom to design your own Beyond Bond journey throughout your degree. Select from over 220 activities to earn your points and these could include team sport, student associations, internships or relevant work experience. This non-traditional subject also provides you with the support to access extra-curricular industry placements.
