Michelle Fair

Michelle has over 25 years’ experience as an occupational therapist, working in both Australia and the United States of America. She has spent much of this time working with the adult population across hospital settings, community and in the workplace. Currently, Michelle is in private practice, using her diverse background to holistically assess, recommend, and implement appropriate solutions for employers, injured workers, and people with a disability. Michelle is engaged part time at Bond University, and has been a member of faculty since 2016. She finds the balance between practising as an OT and being an educator is beneficial for students and her own professional development. Michelle has also spent many years in leadership and executive management roles, adding to her depth of experience across health related sectors.
