It also uses the team context to examine the process of leadership and explores its adaptation to other organisational contexts. Students will learn to apply these principles to the creation and development of their teams and reflect on ways to become a more effective team member and leader.

This subject is open to all disciplines and programs to support the interdisciplinary problem-solving nature of this approach.
