Description
Ethics and Enterprise Governance is a compulsory subject in the Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance offered by the Faculty of Law. This subject will examine the principles and rules regulating ethical enterprise decision making, and the consequences of non-compliance. Students will learn about the different ethical approaches to analysing ethics issues; the relationship between ethical analyses of business problems and legal, risk management, and commercial analyses of business issues; and strategies to help make decisions consistent with oneโs own moral framework. The subject will use practical examples taken from different functional business areas and a range of industry sectors to shed light on the above.
