How much does living on campus cost?
Our on-campus accommodation rooms are priced reasonably and according to the room’s amenities, providing students with a range of options tailored to their needs. These rates include water, laundry facilities, wireless internet and weekly cleaning.

Room only rate 2026 - Building 11 & 12:
$4,500.00 per person, per semester ($300 per week).

2 & 3 Bedrooms with private shared ensuite bathroom facilities.
Room only rate 2026 - Building 11 & 12:
$4,875.00 per person, per semester ($325 per week).
