Your Administrative Responsibilities
As a Bond student, you have a number of administrative responsibilities:

Enrolling
After you've been accepted into Bond, you must complete all enrolment steps by the deadlines, or you may be charged a late enrolment fee. You must ensure your enrolment is correct and arrange to have it updated if there are any errors.

Paying your fees
You must pay the fees associated with studying at Bond. This includes course-related fees and the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF). International students - Your SSAF is included in your tuition fee.

Appropriate use of Information Technology (IT)
You must appropriately use the computer facilities that Bond provides. Read our Student Acceptable Use of ICT Facilities Policy.
The University may monitor computer files, computer use, Internet use and email accounts to ensure compliance with the statute and relevant laws.
If you misuse IT equipment or social media, your Bond student account may be suspended and you may have misconduct charges brought against you. If you break the law, you may be reported to the relevant authorities and may be prosecuted.

Maintaining personal records
You must ensure that your details in eStudent are up to date, so that we can contact you.

Accessing your student email and iLearn
It is your responsibility to regularly check your student email for information we've sent you. This is the primary means through which we'll contact you. Be sure to also check the Community Board for messages posted on iLearn.
