Dining for on-campus students

Your dining options on campus

As a student living on campus, you will have your pick of great dining options – whether you’re after a quick fix to complement a busy study session, or are looking for a whole and hearty sit-down meal to start or end your day.

All students residing on campus are required to purchase a dining plan. Your student ID card will act as your dining card, and can be used out outlets across campus to pay for and purchase food and drinks. Our food outlets cater to all dietary requirements, including halal, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options.

We proudly offer a wide range of dining facilities at our main campus, and an additional café at the Bond Institute of Health & Sport (BIHS), our second campus. Head to your favourite café (there are four to choose from!) for breakfast and your caffeine fix, grab some snacks from our convenience store before class, and wind down the day with a sit-down dinner with friends at Lakeside.

Explore on-campus eateries:

  • Lakeside Restaurant and Juice Bar
  • Bond Express and the Health Food Shop
  • Papyrus Cafe
  • Pulse Cafe
  • Don’s Tavern

How it works

How it works

As a student living on campus, your student ID card is an all-access pass to every delicious food option here at Bond. At the beginning of each semester, you will need to add money to your dining plan with one of three amounts: $2,200, $2,450, or $2,750 AUD. This will then be valid from the Monday of Orientation Week through until the last day of the semester for you to purchase any food or drink on campus except alcohol.

If you’re running low on funds as the semester goes on, you can top up your card in $110 increments. Your dining plan can be extended if you are staying on campus over semester break, but will not transfer to the following semester.
