Centre for Dispute Resolution

Bond University Faculty of Law’s Centre for Dispute Resolution (CDR) is recognised as a leader in mediation training excellence. The Centre brings together some of the country’s leading dispute resolution specialists whose training, teaching and research expertise places Bond at the forefront of current industry theory and practice.

Since 1989, the CDR has played a multifaceted role in promoting dispute resolution best practices, offering courses on campus and online, including degree programs, and specialised courses in mediation and family dispute resolution (FDR).

The Centre is committed to ensuring all course participants benefit fully from CDR consultants’ expert knowledge in their roles as trainers, coaches, supervisors of clinical practice and assessors for accreditation. The insights and real-life experiences shared by our consultants ensure coursework topics and resources enrich learning experiences and give participants the confidence to excel in their chosen legal and dispute resolution careers.
