About this program

The Graduate Diploma in Healthcare will be awarded to those students who have accumulated a minimum of eighty credit points (80CPS) within the Master of Healthcare Innovations. Students will have developed professional knowledge of health systems, evidence based practice, and organisational behaviour. Professionals will learn to use design thinking and problem-solving strategies to lead, educate, and influence colleagues and healthcare users toward improving and innovating healthcare practice. 

What you'll be studying

  • Semester 1

    You’ll develop the skills to find, critically appraise and apply research evidence to populations, communities, and individuals. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of Australia’s health system, will be facilitated to evaluate, and benchmark health systems and practices and consider ways to promote equitable systems. Finally, you’ll learn how to understand, predict, and influence behaviour in organisations using insights gained from theory, empirical research, and sharing practical experiences.
