Outbound Exchange Program

Enrich your cultural perspectives, form lasting networks, and broaden your horizons by completing an outbound exchange as a current Bond University student. With partner universities located all across the world, our Outbound Exchange Program is a sought-after experience for good reason.

Whether you want to bundle up in snowy Canada, trek the Great Wall on your weekends in China, or pass historical monuments on your way to class in the United Kingdom, this is your opportunity to live and learn overseas while creating lasting memories.

The educational and career benefits that come from completing an exchange are boundless, too. Take full advantage of programs, activities and subjects offered at your university of choice, and return home to Bond with credit towards your degree and a new, global outlook.

Financing your exchange

As a current Bond student participating in our Outbound Exchange Program, you will continue to pay tuition fees to the University as normal.

Students must cover all other costs related to the exchange experience, including flights, accommodation, and meals. To help cover these fees, there are a number of exchange grants and scholarships available both through Bond University and third parties like the Australian Government.

β€œFor anyone thinking about a semester abroad, I say do it! It is a unique experience only open to students and there is no better time than now. It is no wonder that exchange fosters such close friendships with such like-minded people and creates experiences and memories that will last a lifetime.”
