The February 2025 graduation ceremonies are for students completing requirements in the September 2024 (243) semester. The ceremonies are scheduled to be held on Thursday 20 February and Friday 21 February 2025* as follows:

June 2025
The June 2025 graduation ceremonies are for students completing requirements in the January 2025 (251) semester. The ceremonies are scheduled to be held on Thursday 12 June and Friday 13 June 2025*, with specific times and faculty allocations to be confirmed.

December 2025
The December 2025 graduation ceremonies are for students completing requirements in the May 2025 (252) semester, and students graduating from the Medical program. The ceremonies are scheduled to be held on Wednesday 3 December and Thursday 4 December 2025*, with specific times and faculty allocations to be confirmed.

Graduation ceremony information
Graduation ceremonies are typically held in the Sports Hall (BLDG10_2_01 - above Don's Tavern). Ceremonies are followed by a reception for all graduates and guests in Don's Tavern. If you will be attending one of our ceremonies, please review the important information below to ensure your day is a success!

Registration for graduates
After you have registered to attend a ceremony, you will find a copy of all tickets via the Reed Events app. This will include your ticket, regalia confirmation, guest tickets and details of any additional products and services you have pre-purchased.

- Robing and registration opens 2 hours prior to the ceremony start time. All graduands must be registered and gowned by 30 minutes before the ceremony, to attend the compulsory briefing and to be seated in order for ceremony proceedings.
- Late arrivals may not be able to participate in the ceremony.

Registration for guests
- Each graduate will initially be allocated at least 2 guest tickets, depending on the ceremony they are attending. After registration is closed, you will be contacted by email if there are any more tickets that can be released. Individual requests will not be considered.
- All guests must have a ticket and must register prior to entering the venue.

Parking
- If arriving by car, the best parking areas are PG4 and the additional street parking near these car parks.

Academic dress
- Graduates are required to wear the official academic dress for the award that you are graduating from. The academic dress set includes a gown, a hood and/or stole in your Faculty/School’s colours, and a mortarboard or bonnet, depending on the graduates degree level. For more information please refer to the Graduation Policy.
- Graduate robing will be held on-campus in a venue near by the ceremony hall.
- Following collection of your robe, you will need to remain in the room for ceremony line placement and group entry into the ceremony.
- You will return your robe at the end of your ceremony to Student Assist, Level 1, Building 9.

Ceremony sequence and duration
- Whilst a specific finish time cannot be provided, we recommend that attendees allow for a duration of 1-2 hours, from the scheduled commencement time.
- A digital booklet, listing the graduands of the relevant conferral period, can be found here. Booklets are generally available online 12 hours prior to the ceremony commencement.

Reception
- Unwind from all the formalities with your guests over some drinks and refreshments at Don’s Tavern.
- Photography studio sessions will also be available in Don’s Tavern from our graduation partner, Reed Graduation Services Pty Ltd.

Gifts and mementos
Various graduation services and merchandise are available as gifts and mementos of the graduation day. Pre-ordering is available for many of the specialised vendors and their merchandise will be set up in Don’s Tavern for purchase on graduation day.
- Fountain of Giving - purchase a plaque to cement your connection with Bond.
- Reed Graduation Services Photography and Framing – Reed Graduation Services Photography and Framing will be available on Graduation Day. Please view the options on the Reed Graduation Services Photography and Framing website. Reed Graduation also provide graduation memorabilia which will be available for sale at Don's Tavern on the day of graduation.
- Merchandise Store - purchase a range of Bond University clothing and memorabilia. Located in the Alumni Centre, Building 1, Level 1 (near Founders Corner) or purchase items online.
